Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free before it ships. If the order has already shipped, it must follow the return process below. Contact us immediately at +966 11 503 0438

Returns Window (KSA)

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase
Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
  • Personal care / beauty / hygiene items once opened
  • Supplements or consumables
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Customized or special‑order items
  • Hazardous or flammable goods

Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +966 11 503 0438

To help us review your request quickly, you must include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label, if applicable
  • A brief description of the issue
Once we receive the required information, we will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Requests submitted without clear photos and the order number may be delayed or rejected if we cannot verify the issue.

Shipping & Taxes (clear rule)

  • Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, defective item).
  • Taxes are refunded where required by law.
  • Otherwise, original shipping fees and taxes are non‑refundable.

Return Shipping

  • If return is due to our error → free return label
  • Otherwise → return shipping is paid by customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 - 5 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, contact customercare@avnzor.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
